Our Story
"It has to do with belief... when I do something I didn't think I could, it feels great!"
- Ivan (96 years young)
We absolutely love what we do! The opportunity to work with our oldest community members is very special. To be welcomed into their homes (often one they have lived in for 50+ years) and help to improve their quality of life is a privilege not lost on us. Plus, we all know that our seniors have such amazing histories and fascinating stories to share.....one of the best parts of our job.

At AgeHappy, we wholeheartedly believe that age is just a number. Working exclusively with an older population, this is reinforced to us on a daily basis. It never ceases to amaze when we visit a cheerful 98 year-old who still lives independently and happily in their own home. Over the years, we have come to the conclusion that - no matter what your current age, circumstances or health status, we all have the potential to be better than we were yesterday.

The rich potential of our older generation is the inspiration behind AgeHappy. We have experienced first hand the significant impact that positive healthcare experiences can have on older adults. It is our goal to empower as many seniors as possible and to spread the idea that positive ageing is possible and truly wonderful!

Our Team

From a young age, Chris has always found joy in helping others and staying active so becoming a Physio was an easy decision.

Throughout his career, Chris has gathered a wealth of experience working in a variety of settings within Australia and the UK. For the past few years, Chris has worked exclusively with seniors to help maximise their independence. Empowering older people to do things they considered no longer possible is what drives Chris' passion, and helped to inspire AgeHappy.
Chris believes the key to successful outcomes is to foster a supportive environment where all parties are on the same page, moving in a positive direction toward a meaningful goal.

Outside of work, you will usually find Chris running along the Merri Creek Trail, relaxing with a coffee, or enjoying a theatre performance with his wife.
